Permalink 301 Redirection

I changed my website permalink structure from:

https://mydomain.com/%postname%/

to:

https://mydomain.com/%category%/%postname%/

My question is: how can I create a massive redirection without doing it link by link?
Should I add some lines of code in the .htaccess file or is there a regular expression syntax using some plug-in?
