We’ve been getting the following error on our site periodically with no discernible pattern as to when or why. It does not seem to affect the site functionality, but regardless, we want to make sure there’s nothing wrong.

Below are the error details and site specs from the error email.

    We appreciate any help! Thanks!

    Hello @justin203

Thank you for using our plugin. I am sorry to read about your issue.

Just to confirm, so you are noticing these errors in the logs right? And the users / websites operations are not interrupted, correct?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I’m not seeing anything in the error log. We’ve just been getting the “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” emails from WordPress.

Yes, the users/website operations don’t seem to be interrupted.

    Thanks!

It’s very strange that the user session is not interrupted by such errors @justin203

At the moment we are working on update 2.3.0 of the plugin and we should be releasing it next week. The next update includes a good number of improvement and other changes. Considering the number of changes, can you please update the plugin once we release it and then let us know if the issue persists?

Thank you very much for your cooperation and patience.
