Periodic Reauthorization Required. How to Fix?

  • I’m facing an issue where I must reauthorize Facebook & Instagram from within Social Media Auto Publish.

    Is this an outcome created from an improperly setup Meta App or is this an XYZScripts Social Media Auto Publish plugin limitation?

    I’m seeking advice on how to resolve this workflow friction. Thank you.

    According to meta, ‘If no requests are made, the token will expire after?about 60 days?and the person will have to go through the login flow again to get a new token’.

    Another possible reason could be that if the password is changed after authorization, users may need to go through the authorization flow again.

    Any of the above-mentioned reasons could be causing the issue. Please check these and inform us if the issue still persists
