Periodic lockout

We have periodic issue with WPC with logging in into the site.
For month or two everything is fine, but then the lockout occurs and the logins are redirected to 404 page like this:
https://www.site.com/wp-admin/
it returns
https://www.site.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.site.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
And it stays that way until I physically disable WPC, login and reenable it.
Is there any way I can prevent this?
