Performance Test ‘Test my website’ button is inactive

Hello,
I used your plugin on a website before. Now I try to use it on this website and it does nothing when I push it. Some other functions are not responding as well. It does not show any progress. I also installed smush as recommended it is the same. It does nothing either.
