I cannot perform an initial Performance Test. Here is my error…
```
stream_socket_client(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages:
error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure
stream_socket_client(): Failed to enable crypto
stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://wpmudev.com:443 (Unknown error)
```
I’ve opened up the Firewall to all of the IP addresses per the link posted in this thread. I’ve also confirmed that the TLS 1.2 is enabled under our CloudFlare account for this site. What else could be causing the initial Performance Test to fail?

Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

Did you add the IPs on Cloudflare as ByPass or allowed?

Can you check with your hosting provider if they have any other firewall in the hosting?

Thanks for your reply Patrick.

I added the IPs (all of them from the link you posted) as “Allowed”. If I need to choose a different option let me know.

There are no other Firewalls in the hosting.
