    AO can held with “render blocking resources”; have a look at “inline & defer CSS”, see the AO FAQ for more info.

    for unused CSS have a look at this 3rd party solution.

    legacy JS & unused CSS cannot be fixed at the moment.

    You’re unlikely to be able to achieve 100% buildtech , but “inline & defer CSS” (and making sure SG optimizer does not interfere with AO CSS/ JS optimizations) could help you improve.

    Well, when using “inline & defer CSS” criticalcss is the easiest and most flexible manner of ensuring the correct “above the fold CSS” is always present, preventing “layout shifts”.
