Performance issues

  • Hello,
    We are updating our website and we have detected that when activating the kirki plugin, the page starts to work slowly.

    Can you tell us if it has happened to another users and how it has been solved?

    We have everything updated and we have reviewed all the plugins to verify that this is not the case.

    When we deactivate the plugin, the page loads again correctly.

    do you have access to the servers slow log to check what exactly is causing the issue?

    Hi, I don’t have access to the log but the person who runs the server has given me this:

    PHP Warning: ftp_rename() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given in /var/www/html/monvinicstore/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ftpext.php on line 372, referer: https://test.monvinicstore.com/

    I think it has nothing to do with the plugin. not?

    I have tried putting version 3.9 of the plugin and it seems to work better… does it have to do with a bug in the last update?
