Performance Degraded in Recent Updates

  • Hello. Let me start by saying this is one of my favorite plugins…period.

    Lately, it takes forever to replace an image and I’m not even talking about the option to update links. Just the basic image swap.

    I can kick off an image swap, switch to another tab and upload new images, edit them, etc., come back…and the other task is still running. Sometimes it will finish and sometimes it will time out. Please note that the uploading other images in the meantime has no impact and is just something I’ve started doing since I can’t just sit and wait for EMR to “fail”.

    All other aspects of working with the sites are blazing fast.

    If you can easily replicate this bug then please contact us directly here mentioning this support post and we’ll try to further look into it.
    We’d ideally need temporary access to your blog so we can fix the bug.
