The Cache Enabler plugin doesn’t set the Cache-Control HTTP header, which means it’s unable to fix this warning. Instead, it can be fixed by setting this header in your server configuration file (e.g. .htaccess or nginx.conf) or through a plugin. You can learn how to set the Cache-Control HTTP header in this Fix Leverage Browser Caching Warning article.
