Perform Auto-Search if user click on any search suggestion

I am using Auto Complete Plugin for Relevanssi. While I type any characters in search text box it gives me suggestions and if I click on any suggestion then it will copy that value to Search Text box. To perform the search I have to click on the Search Button.

I want that if user click on any auto-suggestion then instead of clicking on ‘Search” button the search has to be performed automatically just like google.

Can you guide how to do this?
