Perfect plugin and excellent support

This plugin is excellent for hotels, apartments etc. Although I didn’t end up using it because we moved to a management company that deals with the bookings, I can acknowledge that this plugin had everything we needed. From managing the bookings, to setting up seasonal prices etc, to printing invoices etc. I would like a bit more customizability in some aspects of the plugin, but I contacted their support team and they are eager to help you. They suggested solutions, and even offered to check my issues themselves for me! They even let me know that the next Vik booking patch (1.6.0) would bring a lot of new QoL features.
Although I didn’t end up using their plugin, which was none of their fault, they issued me a refund (I had purchased it for only a few days) with no problems. That to me, sounds like a company that cares about its customers and they truly try to make sure you are left satisfied.
100% would recommend and If you were on the fence about buying it before reading this review, then simply go to their page and purchase!
