Perfect little plugin

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Wanted something to make it quick and easy for people to share content on twitter, and this does that, with a nice little “tweet this” icon in the toolbar. It isn’t conflicting with any of the other plugins on the blog, which is a nice bonus, with no pesky bugs to figure out.
