    just never set “Allowed login attempts before blocking an IP” on 1 since it counts the first (successful) login as well!

    If you are blocked from your website go in phpmyadmin > column “(wp_)wpns_blocked_ips” > and delete the blacklisted IP.

    if its still not working disbale the plugin via. phpmyadmin see: https://www.webhostinghero.com/manually-disable-wordpress-plugins/

    AND AFTER disabling via phpmyadmin you have to delete the folder in
    ROOT/home/wp-content/plugins
