Perfect for what it is supposed to do

I am using sendcloud connected to my woocommerce shop for 6 month now. The plugin basically just connects the store so that the delivery information is transferred to sendcloud. Then, the rest is handled by sendlcoud (printing the lables, sending tracking emails etc.). That works like a charm. I also use sendcloud connected with ebay. I have full 5 stars for communication there, I think this is in part also thanks to the tracking emails send by sendcloud.
I would like to see more functions in the future though, like a transfer of the tracking number from sendcloud back to the store. I use another plugin for this, so that my customers have a tracking link in the order overview in their account, but I have to paste it by hand at the moment.
