Perfect for my needs and superb support!

This plugin is super easy to set-up and customize. I’ve installed it on my site, tested it and it works perfectly every time.

The only small issue I had was that the shortcode was displaying the ticket table above my content. I contacted the plugin author and he provided me with a fix within hours. (Note, this fix will be included in the next update, due out in a day or two).
