• I’ve been a customer for a few years now and use infiniteWP to do maintenance for my clients. For me it was important that the control panel does not run directly in WordPress, but is installed independently on the server.

infiniteWP seems to be a bit expensive at first glance if you want to get all the addons, but the time you save because you don’t have to search out all the access data every time is already enormous. In addition, there is an activity log so that you can track at any time when something has happened. From this log you can then create a protocol for the customer. Perfect.

I looked at alternatives, but always stayed with infiniteWP. Simply because there are no alternatives. When I had a problem (2 times within 4 years) I got first class help. So then also misconfigurations on the server were discovered, which I could then sort out with my provider. Excellent!

The only thing I’m missing: things like uptime, broken links, etc. that infiniteWP should be able to take care of for me, without the help of plugins on the target site. A bit like OhDear. Then I would be happy all around.
