Perfect booking plugin with excellent support

Very large feature set as addons to the basic solution. We used it for the concert of our choir. In order to reduce the costs we set it up with offline payment: The user made reservation, received a confirmation with the payment details. After the payment we released the tickets in the backend. Immediately the user received an e-mail with the personalised tickets. All other tools which we found had a user-based pricing. Tickera has a reasonable fix price. The support has answered our question within 24 hours and fixed every problem in no time.
