I wanted to use Fluent Support to capture the user’s concerns as tickets and have my team review it as any other ticketing system, but wordpress based and cost effective. The ticket creation form seemed to be limiting the user experience so I used Fluent Forms and integrated it with Fluent Support. I needed some support while doing this and the team was very helpful. Looking forward to use more of their products in my workflow ??
