percentage fee on order total+shipping?

    Hello. Right now we are using a different extra fee plug in. It charges a 3% extra fee on the order total and then our 5 dollar flat rate gets calculated in. Would this plug in allow me to do the 3% extra fee on the order total + 5 dollar flat rate? Thank you!

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Sorry to say but, our plugin always apply the percentage fee on subtotal only.

    Percentage based coupon and fee always apply on subtotal as per the default woocommerce flow.
