  • Hi aumjosh,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. We have not added support for the “Per Product Shipping” plugin so changes are indeed that its not working.

Have you tried adding the shipping field mapping to your feed?

Yes, but I’m not sure which field to map. I assumed I couldn’t map their prices becaues they were stored in a custom table.

    Hi aumjosh,

We don’t know how the “Per Product Shipping” plugin works but I assume it also uses (part) of the normal WooCommerce Shipping zone feature?

You could try adding this field mapping to your feed configuration when you are trying to create a feed for Google Shopping or Facebook to see if it works:

When the shipping costs are not being added to the feed then I am afraid the plugin is not compatible with ours.

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

    Hello,

We have not been using this plugin for some time. We forgot to disable the auto-renew feature, and we just got charged.

Is there a way to cancel the auto-renew and get a credit for the last charge?

    Thanks,
    Josh

    Hi Josh,

Our plugin doesn’t have an auto-renew feature and once you acquired a license it is a lifelong license. Are you sure you it is related to our plugin?

Please feel free to reach out to [email protected]. We will take it from there as we are not allowed to discuss the paid Elite license on the public WP forum.

    All the best,
    Eva
