Per product shipping doesnt work

Are you referring to the documentation here? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/per-product-shipping/

If so, that is the documentation for the Per Product Shipping extension. That plugin adds this specific functionality to your site. It is not a part of WooCommerce core, so you won’t see the Per Product shipping options if you don’t have that extension installed.

Please let us know if that’s the case, or if I’ve somehow misunderstood the question!
