Per-post RSS feed/permalink

I have need of an XML/RSS feed for the pages of a site. I found the RSS Includes Pages plugin and have a working RSS feed for my pages, but…

I need to be able to access a per-page RSS “permalink” so that the feed is accessible for use to control content in another application (as a remote CMS of sorts).

I know there must be an “rss permalink” because in Safari when I click the READER button next to my address bar I get just the one page I am viewing inside my reader modal pop-up.

How can I find and access this URL or expose it to a link an external application can utilize??
