Per member or per *window*?

    The free version of iFly says it’s up to 10 users, yet when I’m working on my site and have multiple windows open, it stops loading. I only had 7 pages open that had chat visible (I have it set to no chat on admin pages), no one else was on the site, and still it stopped connecting. I tested it again, and if there is more than 7 windows open, eighth will say “Loading” and get stuck on that. Then, if I refresh pages seven and six, they will be stuck on “Loading”, too. Only if I close three windows will the last three start working again.

    Also, in the plugin description is says we can embed the chat, yet apparently this is a pro feature? Then why does it list this as a possible in the www.remarpro.com plugin description?

    Hello there,

    The free version of iFlyChat allows upto 10 concurrent (different) users to be online in chat (at a time) in your website.

    You seem to be hitting maximum parallel connection limit of a browser, as listed here – https://stackoverflow.com/questions/985431/max-parallel-http-connections-in-a-browser.

    We only count different users in simultaneous user limit. If a user has chat open in multiple tabs, then we still count him as single user i.e. 9 other users can be online in chat (if you are using free version).

    All standard and pro features are part of the same iFlyChat plugin. Users don’t need to download separate plugin for pro features as this is a cloud based chat. We have clarified this in our FAQ section.
