per comment notification

    Hi,
    I might be missing something here so my apologies in advance.

    Isn’t it the same behavior we are familiar with when using facebook? I am not sure what how should we represent double commenting here.

    If a user X makes comment and the other involved person(s) already viewed that comment, then another comment by X is notified again. isn’t that happening?
