• I’ve been using WordPress for quite a while but my 93 Users don’t post anything. I set up a few users of my own and after registering, when I try to log-in I get an Error Wrong Password Message. I’m using WordPress Thirteen. The Plug-Ins I’m using are Akismet Anti-Spam, Elementor, Jetpack by WordPress.com, PayPal Donation, PHP Compatibility Checker, Profile Builder, VaultPress.

I’m hoping there’s someone out there that can help cause I don’t even know where to start in sorting the problem out.

    Thanks in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Try disabling all your plugins and create an account and try to login. If you are successful odds are it one of your plugins. You can manually change the pass words in phpmyadmin if you go to the user table and set the function to md5 then type in the new password. Because wordpress uses md5 hash you will not be able to see the original password.

If disabling your plugins work try enabling them one by one to see if the error returns. If it returns on that plugin try contacting the owner of the plugin and ask for assistants.
