People to search by their invoice ref number ?

Is there a way to build input fields so people could search for their invoice by entering their unique invoice number and invoice reference number from a front page of a site?

For example: mysite.com and the there are two search boxes i.e
Enter your invoice number:
Enter your invoice reference number:

and upon entering the correct details will take the person to their invoice and account to make make payments?
