    Hi there,

I’ve noticed an issue that I don’t know how to fix.

There are times when I create a coupon to use as an invitation code that’s linked to more than one membership plan. Users then use it once to create the account and are linked to one of the plans then they go to a page where they can insert the coupon code again and get added to the other plans linked to the coupon (I have ARMember premium but support expired).

However, I’ve noticed that users can use the coupon to join a plan they are already part of over and over again. This impacts the limit of times that I have set for the coupon to be used for no reason.

Is there a way to prevent this?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I understood your concern and you can achieve this by creating different membership plan for regisering members (which you allowed the invite coupon) and different plans for the logged in users (which plan does not have any invite coupon available) and after that, existing member will unable to use the coupon again.

For more infromation, please renew ARMember support so ARMember pro plugin support staff will assist you further.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I managed to fix it by using some shortcodes. Thanks!
