People are being automatically approved which is a problem

    Hi, the plugin is meant to make people register, then admin goes in and accepts them. But we seem to have people slipping through the net. It looks like are being automatically approved, please could you let us know how we can change this?

    Hello @hannahcrisp86,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Are you using any custom user roles? If so you might need to go to Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Settings and add them to the list of roles which trigger the Admin Approval functionality.

    I have all roles subject to admin approval and people are still registering.

    And, I have the pro version too. I know this is for free but your site states there is a security issue with your login so what does that say about the plugin free and pro if we are requiring admin approval and still it is not keeping some out.

    Also, the validation email is ticked too!

    What is happening please?
