Peoblems with read more link plugin

I changed some borders on my tables and some positioning of the primary menu yesterday, and this morning my website is all messed up I am going to start with getting the Read More Link plugin I have added the [more…] into the posts but it is not working is there another plugin I can use that will simultaneously fix this problem so I do not have to do it one by one it occurs in my articles as well. Web hosting reviews list is affected
