Pending User List stays empty

    I have installed the plugin but registrations submitted via the Account Registration page are not being transmitted to the Pending users tab of the plugin. instead, they are stuck in the Forms-> Account Registrations->Settings->Pending Activations section. Could someone suggest how this can be resolved? Thanks.
