Pending Transfer Not Working on Transfer Plus

Hello. First your support on mycred.me is very weak and slow. I submitted premium ticket and no reply since 3 days now. Now my client is very angry with me because your transfer plus is not holding pending transfer.

MY ISSUE BELOW:

Hello. The plugin is not working as described on your sale page. I have configured pending transfer to on-hold for 7 days. But it is not working.

Now if user transfer point, the point will deducted from the sender account and credited on receiver account without holding for 7 days as configured.

This is not good for my website.

I want all transfer to be pending for any amount of days specified in the settings WITHOUT crediting the receiver.

If i (admin) click on ‘credit now, that’s when the receiver should receive it.

Please look into this ASAP because this is stopping my client from launching his website. Thanks
