    Hey,

    I received a curious transaction yesterday. Two orders were placed for a customer. (purchase via Sofort).

    There is no payment in the Stripe Dashboard.

    In the logfiles, there are two POST/V1 /sources, which both have the status “pending”.

    There are two additional logs that show the status “failed” with the note “This pending source timed out after 1 hour and was canceled.

    However, I wonder why a purchase order was created then. This is very bad, because the customer then receives an order confirmation and so on.

    Since what’s happened on your site may require us to look at logs, etc., I believe a ticket may work better.
