Hi. I recently paid the Subscriptions at mailpoet.com. But I′ve been waiting for hours for they to activate my account. It shows the following message:

    “Pending review
We are currently reviewing your site, expect to get an email from MailPoet soon. In the meantime, use the key below to set up and try MailPoet!”

is shown for hours and hours, and I dont know what to do. I really need it to start working for my client.

The expected e-mail was not sent.

MailPoet does not work, no one can register, no newsletter can be send.

What can I do to make MailPoet work?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @brunildo1994,

I can see your subscription is still pending approval and our team has already replied back to you asking a few more questions in order to proceed with the approval process.

In the meanwhile, you can send your emails with your own sending method to test newsletters and have the subscription forms working as expected.

Please let me know if you received the email sent by the support team.

    Hi @michaelpreiner,

I see the subscriptions associated with the domain https://www.tem-fachverein.com has been approved already.

The one associated with the domain michael-preiner.at is still pending approval because it seems this website is under construction. Since we need to validate websites’ content when they’re ready to launch, your subscription remains pending approval.

Can you please reply back to us when your website is ready?

Please note that you don’t need to have the plan approved to test our plugin.

You can also send newsletters using your own host for now by temporarily changing the sending method to “Other” in the MailPoet > Settings > The Send With Tab.

    Hi there @michaelpreiner,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
