Pending plugin updates not listed

  • When I log into the dashboard of my clients website, it says I have 3 pending plugin updates. When I go to the updates page, it says that all plugins are up to date. This has got me stumped. I even tried doing a bulk select of all of my plugins and selecting “update” from the dropdown but that didnt do anything. Anyone have any ideas?

    Look lower on the updates page. Maybe there are new language packs to be updated instead?

    Nope. It gives me the option to re-install WP to ver. 4.8.2 and it says my themes and plugins are up to date. Nothing about languages.
