Pending Payments Paid From PayPal not going to Processing

  • For the last couple of weeks I have been having all of my orders Pending Payments Paid From PayPal not going to Processing in the order screen. Has anything changed recently that is causing this issue?

    Customer goes to website, places order and pays thru pypal, transfers back to my website but doesnt receive order confirmation email. I see that I have received funds from the customer which alerts me I have an order, 30 minutes later I get a cancelled order email from WordPress…

    Please help. All that has changed is woo commerce updates.

    Sounds like PayPal’s IPN is having issues connecting with your store; You can check the Order Notes section for the orders that are getting cancelled for some more information.

    As for the auto-cancellation, this is usually the result of your “Hold Stock” setting being triggered at **WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory**
