Pending payment status does not change to processing

  • Hi, I use the CCAvenue payment gateway and, there is an issue I have been facing.

    1. The pending payment status does not change to processing even after the payment is done. CCAvenue fails to reflect the status of the order to the WordPress admin panel.
    2. The custom order# which was changed in WordPress using a plugin (Sequential Order Number) does not reflect in CCAvenue order#.
