    Hello. I’m having issues with the Invoice Payment Gateway. I change the status on the order to “Pending Payment” and then “Send Customer Invoice” and save the order. When the customer receives the invoice, they click on the pay link which takes them to my check out screen on my website where they can pay by paypal or etransfer, but the order status has been changed to “Processing” and it won’t allow them to pay the invoice. I don’t change the order status to Processing so how does this happen and how do I fix it because none of my customers are able to pay directly from the invoice.

    Hi @sharonduguid,

    Do you have another plugin that controls the “Send Customer Invoice” part? This isn’t part of the features of our plugin.

    Our plugin provides the gateway option on the front end which means that you customers can add items to their cart, then click pay by invoice when they go through the checkout. This will then allow the order to go through in Processing status at which time you should contact them behind the scenes and provide them with an invoice from your accounting software (eg. Xero, MYOB, whatever you use) and take the payment manually.

    Ok Thanks Josh. I use Woo Commerce to send the invoice so I guess I’ll contact them with my query.
