Pending payment email content

Thanks for reaching out! What plugin are you using that is outputting the pending payment email? You would need to reach out to them and ask them to provide a hook for this plugin.

Hi Hannah,
I’m not using plugin. When there is a bank transfer order, the status becomes “Pending payment” as it is written here :

Pending payment — Order received, no payment initiated. Awaiting payment (unpaid).
