• Hi, about 10% of our paypal orders get stuck on the “Pending payment” status. Customers are saying they were never redirected to paypal and we can’t pinpoint the issue. We switched to Woocommerce Payments plugin (which is bad), where there were no such issues, but we think YITH’s pluging is simply better in other ways (no errors ans so on) and we want to switch back. Any ideas what we might check? Perhaps the paypal popup is being blocked by their browsers? Anything else that might trigger this?

    yes it may be that the customers’ browser blocks the popup or maybe they close the window because they changed their mind. In that case, WooCommerce keeps the orders status as “Pending”
