    I am facing issue with pending payment orders. Even after 2 or 3 days, their status is not changing to cancelled. I have set the limit to 60 minutes but still the status of orders is not changing to cancelled. I started facing this issue only 3-4 days back.

    Just an update, I installed WP Crontrol plugin to see the cron job status.

    In the Cron Event, woocommerce_cancel_unpaid_orders is showing to repeat Never. When I tried to edit it, I got the following error

    the disable_wp_cron constant is set to true. wp-cron spawning is disabled

    Hey there!

    If the issue started a few days ago, the question is: what changed? Did you run any updates, or install anything new? It sounds to me like this is a conflict, and having code changes on your site would definitely be a recipe for that.

    I installed Banhammer plugin a couple of days back to ban an ip address that was spamming my website. Did this plugin caused it?

    That’s possible. You can temporarily deactivate the plugin to see if that makes a difference, and then get in touch with the developer from the Ban Hammer plugin if you find that doing so improves your issue.

    Dear @imazed thanks for the tip. As soon as I disabled banhammer, status of all pending orders changed to cancelled. I will contact banhammer developer to see if they can help. Thanks for the help.

    That’s good news, in the sense that you can actually do something about it. I’ll go ahead and set this topic to ‘resolved’ as you found the plugin that was affecting things, but we’d love to see your comment on whether a permanent fix was found ??
