    hi, i have 5 orders, 4 of them are pending orders. as admin, why i can’t see other 4 pending orders in my order list in woocommerce?

    Can you confirm if the “All” option is clicked on that page? What happens when you switch between each filtering option?

    Also, could you please check if the following URL loads all the items?
    WWW.YOUR.SITE/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order

    Thank you for sending the video. It is strange behavior.

    This issue could be a conflict between WooCommerce and your theme or another plugin; an outdated or malfunctioning code could be interfering.

    To be sure of this, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then check again if the issue persists.

    If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    If you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

    Tnx all for helping me.
    the problem solved.
    i have a Subsidiary plugin for woocommerce in our language (persian woocommerce).
    i should disable one option in its setting.
    the option was:
    Sort orders by date.

    after disable this, those orders come back.
