Pending notifications cant deactivate IPN verification

Hi,

I have a problem with the payments, all the finished payments have the state ¨Pending¨, I have read the message about disabling IPN verification to fix that, but when I check that option my browser tries to download option.php, I dont know if that is a problem with my hosting or is a bug.

I did try to modify the option in the database with the property of that option from a local installation but it erases all the config, it’s a way to fix that?
