Pending Membership

    Hi,

    Maybe I missed something but what is necessary to ensure that an e-mail is sent to a potential member as “pending”? I see where you can turn on pending but it seems like everything is enabled and after they receive an e-mail to verify their account, they are automatically a member. I definitely need the pending prior to approving them.

  • Hello! This is under Ultimate Member -> User Roles -> Registration Options. For the user role in question, set it to “Require Admin Review.” Do this for each user role on your site for which you do not want people to be able to register automatically.
