Pending Email not being send to Provider or Admin

I have set the following in WP Base Booking:
Provider Capabilities:
Confirm Own Bookings: Yes
Cancel Own Bookings: Yes
Eding Own Bookings: Yes, At the front end + admin side.Pending Setting:
Send Pending email to Admin: YesBut I’m not receiving email to check for pending appointments. It there something else I need to do in WordPress or WP Base Booking?
