    Hello,

    I received your email regarding my account activation and I thank you for activating my account; unfortunately, I am still facing the issue of my account being under review, and am unable to send emails. The message I am receiving on the last step of newsletter sending states that “you’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.”

    I would like to raise my concern about this issue and request your assistance in resolving it as soon as possible. As a user of your service, I rely on the prompt and efficient delivery of emails to my subscribers, and any delay in this process could affect my business.

    This is kinda frustrating in a world with alternatives that my account is activated but I am getting an option that my account is still under review.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I sent you an email about it a few days ago but will copy it here too just in case:

    I can confirm your subscription for chamancbd.com has been approved already, and is showing as “Active” so should be all set for sending.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.

    If it doesn’t help, please go to the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab and change the sending method temporarily to “Other”, save it, and then change back to the “MailPoet Sending Service”.

    It would also be worth clearing your browser’s cache to see if that resolves the issue.
