    Hi MailPoet,
    I’m a web designer. I’m currently in the middle of developing a website for a client(https://i-hugs.com/). I have allot of work & testing yet to do. I’ve requested approval over 24 hours ago from MailPoet. I’ve sent you confirmation emails.

    I love the product so far but this delay in MailPoet approval is holding up my testing and development efforts.

    Can you please expedite the approval?

    Also, I tried testing subscribing and it seemed to fail on the Captcha page. Is this related to the account approval issue?

    Hello MailPoet,
    This is still unresolved. I’m still unable to send a campaign.

    I tried a quick test but received an error: “You need to authorize the email address xxx@xxxxx to be able to send with it.” The email address in my MailPoest account says that it’s authorized. I also send you an email regarding this.

    Hi there @wpallweb,

    Your FROM email addresses are correctly authorized, I can confirm this.

    Can you please check the following:

    – you’re typing your FROM address all lower key;
    – you have installed and activated MailPoet Premium plugin;
    – both MailPoet plugins are updated to the latest version;
    – your Premium key is properly activated in MailPoet > Settings > Key Activation, please re-verify it if needed.
