    Hello,

    I have got a problem with my MailPoet plugin.

    I signed up for a free Premium account a few days ago.

    When I check the settings of the key activation it is states:

    v Your key is valid
    v The MailPoet shipping service is active
    v MailPoet Premium is active
    Note: Your account is pending approval by MailPoet.
    Rest assured, this will only take a few hours. Until then, you can still send email samples to yourself. All active automatic emails, such as welcome emails, will be paused.

    I’ve also already made a list with one subscriber and a first newsletter to test everything. However, when I save the design of my newsletter and continue to the send process, the send button is not active. Below the button is the text:

    “You will be able to send emails soon once our team has reviewed your account. In the meantime, you can send samples to your authorized addresses.”

    But even sending such a sample to a authorized adress is not possible. Or I can’t find out how to do it.

    Can anybody help me with this problem? Does it take that long to get an approval by the MailPoet team? Or am I doing something wrong?

    I’ve just checked here and your subscriptions have been already approved.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.

    Getting nuts here about the blurry notifications.
    We got the verification mail from Mailpoet: Sending with Mailpoet works!

    But still: the same notifcation under settings:
    Note: your account is pending approval by MailPoet.
    Rest assured, this only takes just a couple of hours. Until then, you can still send email previews to yourself. Any active automatic emails, like Welcome Emails, will be paused.

    You may have had a poor deliverability rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

    Check your sending method settings.

    You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.

    In my opinion: everything is set up okay. Even authorised mails, ect.
    Really strange here…

    Something i must check in the future (cause i probably will suggest Mailpoet more & more instead of MailChimp)

    It was just an update issue when approving your subscription after you’ve already validated the key. Sorry about that, it should not happen again.

    same here. was about to send out a new newsletter and though why not get the free premium for below 1000 subs. then couldn’t send or revert back to old version.

    We signed up three weeks ago, and still have “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.” on the mailing dashboard. We have verified the account several times following the suggestions in this thread.

    We’ve receive “MailPoet is now sending your emails,” notification, but the sending/schedule button is still inactive.

    Please advise.

    NOT RESOLVED !! Warning using MailPoet – be advised you might not be able to send. I just spent days setting up emails and subscriber lists and now find the send button is not active !! This product needs much work – and there is no way to contact them directly for help. I have a premium account and I use my own SendGrid Pro service to send – everything worked fine last week – and now I can’t send anything ?! I’ve never been so betrayed – this plugin is a waste of time – not only can I not send anything – but their code is a mess and I need to click on things several times and refresh pages manually several times before the intro loads

    I have also been having the same problem. I have “verified” a number of times, I receive the confirmation email, and on the Key Activation tab it says:

    Your key is valid
    MailPoet Sending Service is active
    MailPoet Premium is active

    But if I try to send a mail I get the message “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account” — and I am not able to send.

    If I try to re-send a confirmation email to a new subscriber, I get an “unkonwn error” message.

    While in WP it seems as if my account is approved and active, if I login to MailPoet, my account status is: “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. A confirmation will be sent by email to you.” — so clearly something is not working here..

    Please note that this situation has continued for nearly a week..!

    If this is not fixed soon, I shall have to move to a different plugin.

    Well its happening to me, your service its damm bad, how should i decide update to pro account if you service dosnt work like you say should work.

    MY MAILING ITS STOPED ONLY FOR THIS PROBLEM, MY CLIENT ITS MAD AT ME AND STILL NO ANSERW FROM YOU >:(
