[Appointments] Pending appointments not block date?

    Hi @melissacrokis,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    You can set the valuer of Appointments option “Disable pending appointments after (mins)” to 1 (mins) on the following path so that Pending appointments will be automatically removed (not deleted – deletion is only possible manually) after this set time and that appointment time will be freed then you can manually confirm the removed appointments.

    Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Time Settings
