Pending and approved reviews not working

  • Hi,

    I have a lot of problems with this plug in. At first my reviews did not show on my website. It had always worked and then it just stopped working…

    So i downloaded an older version of the plug in. Now my reviews show, but in the admin the pending reviews and approved are gone. Nothing loads. I can only see the wp sidebars.

    It now says I have to update the plug in, but when I do that, the reviews on my site will disappear. What’s the problem here?

    Hi leslyjongens,

    Sorry for our delayed response. We are currently looking into the issue of reviews not displaying. There is currently an issue with the short code that shows all reviews. From what we have heard, that is the only short code that there are issues with. I believe that if you use the shortcode [RICH_REVIEWS_SHOW num=”9″] then I believe it will function properly. We are trying to figure out why the num=”all” argument isn’t working and we will get back to you as soon as we have a solution.
